Our company has a wholly-owned factory, a holding factory, and two strategic cooperative factories.  It has also established good and close long-term cooperation with more than 1000 other factories.

Among the factories above, Shanghai Jiayi Textile Co., Ltd., founded in 1993, is a joint venture of Shanghai and Hong Kong. Shanghai Hometex Co., Ltd. owning 40% of its holding.  The factory, located in Fengxian District of Shanghai, specializes in producing home textiles.  It is experienced in technological development, trial-manufacture of new products and client nurturing.
